What is a Team Member, you ask?
Your Team can produce Projects and Documents via this site using Forms. If you are to be listed as having a role in any project, please fill in a brief Member Information Form by clicking on the
button on the Team Member page. Cognito Forms can “read” other Forms, which saves time when a Form needs to know about a Team Member – it reads the Member Information Entries!
Hint: The Member Information Form will be pre-filled with information such as your Username and Company. The Username is probably not your plain-language name that you want to be shown within Project Documents, but it’s probably close. We hope the Username is an easy starting point to fill in your First and Last Name.
